The key to long life and good health is a rich and well balanced diet.  Good eating habits start with you and you need to instill them in your children young.  There is so much conflicting information when it comes to nutrition and how to eat right it is hard to figure out where to start.

Eating healthy starts with real food, that means real fruits and vegetables, whole grains, nuts, meats and dairy foods.  You need a good balance of rich food that hasn’t been overly processed.  You need to cut back on the sugar and processed foods and learn to make your foods in your own kitchen.  Take out may be convenient but it won’t help your health.
